Enrollment Requirements (Documents needed)
  • Wit Deep enrolment form (Can be obtained from the admin office)
  • CERTIFIED Birth certificate
  • CERTIFIED Copy of parents ID documents/passports
  • Copy of the most recent report card
  • Proof of residence – Water and lights account (Not older than 3 months)
  • CERTIFIED Clinic card (Grade 1 only)
  • Small ID photo of child
  • Copy of salary slip (Both Parents)
  • Transfer card ( If your child is accepted at Wit Deep Primary, please ensure that you get the transfer card from the previous school on the last day of school and bring it with you on the first day)
